Parish Picnic 2021
On Saturday June 26th, the Council assisted with the first annual picnic since the Covid-19 shutdown. Members assisted with setup, cleanup, drinks, and most favorite of all, manning the beer tent. Parish manager and Brother Knight Willard Fosberry said: "It was truly a pleasure working with all of you on the picnic. Your efforts, planning, and dedication were very impressive. I can’t tell you how many people told me what an awesome day it was. The food, both off the grill and out of the kitchen were great and great looking, the music was perfect, the beer was cold, the kids seemed to be entertained. The setup and cleanup crews were quick and efficient. Brian told me he never saw the campus so tidy after a major event." For more great pictures of the picnic, take a look here at BK Gonz' Facebook post.
