911 Memorial Mass

Three Sir Knights from Assembly 1447 performed Honor Guard duty during the 911 Memorial Mass held today, 9 Sep 2015, at St Peter's Catholic Church.  In attendance were 50+ first responders (firemen, police, Emergency Medical Team), school children from St Peter's Catholic School, parents, parishioners, and guests.  Father Paul gave a passionate homily on the tragedy that happened to this country 14 years ago and how, through the mercy and grace of God, we're called remember this tragedy and pray for healing for our nation, those who died, their loved ones, and yes, even those who committed those heinous acts of terrorism.  God Bless and Vivat Jesus!
