This year we have a new location and new ways to pre-purchase your delicious fully cooked smoked pork butt(s) prepared by Chef Jason Dangerfield. These butts are 5-6 lbs and smoked for over 18 hours. The sale is Saturday, 3 Feb 2018 at the Port Royal Piggly Wiggly parking lot from 8 am to 4 pm. You can pre-purchase on line at www.porkbutts.org or stop by the Lady's Island Zippy Lube any Friday afternoon (1-5 pm) or Saturday morning ( 9am-1 pm) in January.
